Control Services Inc is the oldest and largest independently owned, full-service Building Automation and Service company in Nebraska. Founded in 1974 by Richard Brasel and Les Lausted, the company originally focused on servicing pneumatic and electric controls in commercial buildings. Control Services entered into the new construction market in a very short time. Control Services was one of the first ten independently owned companies chosen by Robertshaw Controls to be their local representative which gave Control Services a building controls product line for new buildings in the Omaha area. As the company grew, so did its product offerings and its territory. Today, Control Services is recognized as a leading technology contractor in the Building Automation market helping customers design, build, and operate energy efficient buildings and work environments.
Control Services proudly represents the Schneider EcoStruxure platform and is recognized by Schneider Electric as one of their Master BMS partners. Other product lines represented include KMC Controls, Belimo valves and actuators, Andover Controls (Schneider), Invensys (Schneider).
In the mid-1990’s we added a security division (Sentrixx Security) which offers leading access control and video surveillance products to give Control Services a true complete building solution for our customers.
As Control Services has grown, so has its territory to include all of Nebraska, the Western third of Iowa, and most of South Dakota for the BMS business. Sentrixx Security covers the states of Nebraska, Iowa, North and South Dakota, and Kansas.
Today, Control Services Inc has offices in both Omaha and Lincoln, NE. Control Services is proud
partner of Schneider Electric. Together with Schneider Electric, Control Services can
offer the latest technologies in building controls, energy management, security, and video.
